Regent Estate Law is a small estate planning law firm in the Regent Neighborhood of Madison, Wisconsin. We work with clients to create wills and trusts, durable powers of attorney, health care directives and child guardianship plans. We also provide probate services.
We strive to ensure that each client's estate plan reflects their fundamental values regarding family, society, and spirituality. We encourage clients to think broadly about their concerns and goals for the future, and to explore opportunities for forgiveness and reconciliation in the estate planning process. We have experience writing wills to provide for green burial and other environmentally friendly options.
We support our community. Approximately 20% of our services are offered to indigent clients on a pro-bono basis.
